We're proudly returning to our original name—the Bryant Youth Association—as a way to honor our roots and renew our commitment to the community. Founded in 2004 with a few generous donations and a shared vision, we began in a small gym on the Bryant Middle School campus, offering a safe and supportive place for kids after school. Over the years, we've grown into a thriving program that now serves more than a thousand children annually. By embracing our original name we aim to recapture the spirit of unity, purpose, and local pride that inspired our founding. CEO Suzanne Passmore says the move is about reconnecting with the heart of the mission and continuing to be a beacon of hope for Bryant’s youth.

Bryant Youth Association is a place to become. To become our future doctors, teachers, lawyers, meteorologists & maybe even the future president of the United States.
Each year, we serve 3,000 local children from Saline County & surrounding areas. Our programming is carefully structured to provide programs & activities that promote success in our three priority outcomes:
These programs are designed to ensure that all club members graduate from high school on time, ready for a post-secondary education & a 21st-century career.
These programs help youth become responsible, caring citizens & acquire skills to participate the democratic process. Program participants also develop leadership skills & gain opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to club & community & celebrating our national heritage.
These programs develop young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors to nurture their well-being, set personal goals & grow into self-sufficient adults.
